Community Listings In addition to having an ad on the Home Page, Community Listings and Banner Ad placements are available on a choice of State and City pages, as well as a limited number of  listing spots on individual category pages such as Waterfront Communities, Active Adult Communities, Mountain Communities, Golf Communities, etc.  Standard Listings -  $300 per year (or $50 per month) Listings consist of photo and approximately 100 words of copy with placement on pages for both State and City( where available); also includes direct link to Community's website Showcase Listings - $400 per year (or $65 per month) Listing includes placement on a Featured Communities Page (Active Adult, Waterfront, Mountain, Golf, Affordable, Manufactured Home Communities); Listings are also included on appropriate State and City pages at no additional charge and are linked to Community's website

Civic Listings $300 per year Banner ads (240 x 240, 600 x 180)  on State and City Pages for organizations such as chambers of commerce, convention and visitors bureaus and state retirement agencies

Homes For Sale Individual homes may be listed for sale on our Homes For Sale page for a one-time fee of $50.  Each listing may run for up to one year or until the property is sold.  These ads consist of a photo and approximately 100 words of copy with a link to the owner's website or for sale listing page.
